Zodireads books are books you can play with!

Zodiworks is proud to announce that we are participating in a brand new crowdfunding campaign.  Crowdfunding?  It is a wonderful concept that public broadcasting has been using for years and the Internet has put in the hands of many other businesses.  A little help from lots of people can make as much difference as lots of help from just a few people.  We are seeking funds to get our next six Sam Series books printed. Zodiworks gets a spot on TV!

One of the local stations here in the beautiful state of Maine chose to feature our story and product in a newscast.  Enjoy.

These six books are aimed at the very early reader.

Nearly every word in each book follows the rules of phonics, so a a child can successfully sound them out independently.

The first book Sam can be read by a child who has learned just a half dozen sounds, and just three sight words.

Each book has a companion story bag with puppets, objects, and word cards so children can enrich and extend their reading experience.

They can act out the story as they read, recreate the story with the word cards as they act it out, match words and objects, and extend the story with their own ideas.

Kids and adults love to play with them.

Books follow a easily-identified sequence using progressively more sounds, so children will be able to build on the words they have already learned.

Rhythm and pattern help cue the child’s reading.

What are people saying about Zodireaders?

One mother told us this about her one-year-old son, Linus.  "Linus insists that I read Sam to him several times a day. On each page he wants to be asked, "Where is the dog?" and he points with enthusiasm and confidence. It is simple enough for him to master, yet complex enough to keep his attention.
